I'm interested more so because of the repercussions of unhappy clients / figuring out how ST manages this / explicitness?

Where did the thread go?

I saw you edited it Jordan, now its vanished, why? All sounded fairly innocuous to me, someone wanted a T&C agreement ( money back guarantee) and didn't get it.

it didn't seem inocuous to me. if the OP wants to reword his post, esp with a very different title, then i'll let it stand. after 18 years of hosting this forum it's still a mystery to me how folks just don't get that the difference between a post staying and a post leaving is not the content, but the delivery.

unless it's the delivery that is really what is important to the person posting, which is all the more reason for the post to be removed from the site.
