The Cycling Podcast will I ASSume. They just covered the Giro--it's not exactly the 10-15mins you are looking for--it's a bit longer but if they follow a similar format to the Giro they do a race recap of the stage that's less than the 10-15mins and then they dive deeper-either with interviews or dinner talk or tourist/regional information... I know they have been around a while but hadn't really listened to them till the Giro--good overall content I thought...

If I remember correctly, last year the Cycling Tips guys did a few updates along the way, it wasn't quite daily, but close to it.

ITV Sport do a decent one which is around 15 mins long. Search for "ITV tour"

Despite all the BS about he who's name cannot be mentioned, I have enjoyed a few of his podcasts and think that this could be one of the better one's. It was announced as part of the intro to one he did recently with Annie Hed.
