I couldn't believe in this day and age an STer doesn't have a smartphoneThat's exactly the kind of elitism that gives triathletes a bad name. No, I don't have a smart phone. I choose to spend my limited income differently.
I've had some issues with the Omega X. I contacted TriRig about them at the time. I got the response I got. The brake has enough going for it, and I had already spent the bucks on it, that I didn't feel a need to come on ST and press for a resolution from the manufacturer (something that I did have to do once regarding a Zipp part).
Now, several people have identified one of the problems I have had. I think the OP raised the issue in a respectful manner and was simply trying to figure out what to do. I shared that I too have had the same problem, as did others.
Like myself, the OP has made sure there is the correct clearance--and still has the problem.
You sure are hanging onto this. My question remains. What is your investment in this?
