Why the hell is division given top billing over multiplication?

Multiplication is clearly superior.

If I have 3 chocolate bars and multiply them by 3 I end up with 9 fucking bars. How awesome is that?

You take your 3 bars and divide them by 3 and you have 1 measly chocolate bar.

Clearly, multiplication rules and division sucks.

How does Danny Hart sit down with balls that big?

Who uses PEDMAS? Answer: No one. Even typing PEDMAS into google yields PEMDAS. Therefore, you have no idea what you're talking about.
