Figured I would finally post on my 3 year injury, and hopefully get some feed back from the ST crew and yes I've read every post regarding this injury. I've had hamstring pain for 3 years now, mostly in the belly of the hamstring. Finally got an MRI last fall, it showed a mild case of High hamstring tendonitis. With no improvements the Orthopedic Dr recommend a needling procedure in the high hamstring tendon that would speed up recover this last March, the injury is far worse now.


Anyone else have a similar injury where the pain that was mainly in the belly of the hanmstri g? If so how did you recover?? I'm doing tons of rehab, I just don't know if it's supposed to hurt this much during recovery.
