Is there any wedges or other products that would allow you to pitch the arm pads up on the vuka?????

I got longer bolts and used 2 valve stem nuts on each side to get the tilt.

What he said is that he used a longer bolt on the front screw of the armpad and screwed on a valve nut and nothing on the "back screw of the armpad" thus creating a higher angle on the armrest.

I had a guy in the UK custom make some for me. I can put you in touch if you're interested. I haven't installed mine yet but they seem to fit.

Between the armrest and the riser/bar... whatever your armret connect to then you'll want to sammich the "nut/spacer" like so:

Notice the the silver peice sammiched by the armrest and riser, just do the same and you'll attain a higher angle on your armrest like you may want!

Nice. I thought you were putting it in the risers.
How much spacers do you have above the basebar?

I dont know your exact setup that's why i said earlier... some people don't need risers some do anyways, whatever yiur aremest secures to then that's where you're going to add a "spcer" to create a higher angle, for me i think this is a 4~5mm

I wouldn't suggest anything else higher than that as it may distort the actual shape of the armrest at least for me since my is plastic!

Hope that helps a bit!
