Will be visiting in a few weeks and would like to bike / run.
Are either of these two routes I mapped out for biking / running safe?
Totally unfamiliar with the area.
(I will swim in the lake)

Or any routes available for nearby areas?
I'd be willing to drive a short distance from Lake Anna to get a training ride / run in.
(The routes I mapped out above start right around where I'll be staying).
