Now what? Did my legs last night, lower back, and neck, about 1-2 minutes per area. so about 15 minutes total.

Just looking for examples, how long do you use it for? Frequency?

Oh and my toddler found it this morning, so who knows where it is now.

I've got 3 of them - one at work, one in home office and one in the living room. The living room one is also travel-sized so it goes with me when I travel. I'd say between the 3 of them I probably roll about 15-20 times per day - mainly my quads. Very rarely is it for more than a few minutes at a time. The one that gets the most use is the one at work while on conference calls. I've also use a foam roller just about daily, sometime more, mainly on my back and hips.
