No one has a crappy rear wheel they don't need anymore........
I have a brand new in box Bontrager Race rear wheel, 11 speed, 125 shipped. The rest I don't have for cheap. Message me for photos or i will send you the ebay auction link.
Find a wheel with a Mavic hub in it. Mavic hubs will accept a shimano 11 speed cassette by removing the Mavic spacer. Look at Craigslist for a Mavic Askium wheel. You can usually pick up an entire wheelset pretty cheap as a lot of bikes use this wheelset as standard equipment
You could also throw a 11-speed cassette on a 10-speed wheel: use a 10-speed lock ring with a spacer behind (inboard) of the cassette. You'll lose one of the bottom shifts, but if it's just a trainer it's not too annoying.
