Critique my friend's TT fit!
My friend just got a new TT bike. Trying to set her up on it for an upcoming IRONMAN distance triathlon in a bit less than 2 months.

Is the saddle too low and is she too bunched up?

I vote two thumbs up in regards to saddle height and reach. It would be instructive to see her wearing the helmet she intends to race with looking "up the road" as she would while riding. It's a better position than the vast majority of any IM field.

Different saddle, work on pedalling technique and/or hamstring flexibility, bring pads back if you can't find a saddle that lets her rotate forward a bit better.

Looks comfy but not remotely fast.

She is looking down the whole time which is not realistic.

I mean, you have to see the road when you ride a bike right?

put a helmet on her and have her assume the REAL position she would be riding while actually looking at the road, etc...

This is a good starting point. But, as always, I would warn that you should always consult a professional fitter as these are just older guidelines.
FIST Protocol: http://www.slowtwitch.com/...._Protocol_jj19.html
FIST Axions: http://www.slowtwitch.com/....T._Axioms_jj18.html
Seat Height: http://www.slowtwitch.com/...eat_height_jj21.html
Hip Angle: http://www.slowtwitch.com/.../Hip_angle_jj24.html
Cockpit Length: http://www.slowtwitch.com/...pit_length_jj22.html

Also, you can download Hudl Technique app for free. In it, you can grab body angles from videos.
