I'm currently running Squirt lube, which is working out ok for me. I'm still having a bit of black residue coming off (see previous thread: http://forum.slowtwitch.com/...ring=squirt#p6290561), but I'm relatively happy with it.
I know from previous experience that I'm also happy to use Finish Line Dry Teflon.
My question is: I have an IM-distance race coming up the middle of June, which falls right at the beginning of the rainy season here in Western Japan. Would you:
a) continue to use Squirt until then, and cross your fingers for a dry race weekend; or,
b) switch to Finish Line Dry in the expectation of rain (I heard it can handle rain slightly better than Squirt, although I may be misguided)
c) say to hell with it, and switch to a wet lube in the expectation of rain.
Or does anyone have experience of Squirt holding up against torrential downpours making the whole thing a moot point.
