Holly leads that duel 1/0 right now but that was racing a Daniela who had raced both Roth and IM Switzerland earlier in the summer. This year she's already fulfilled the Kona qualification at IMSA and will only be racing a single IM over the summer so ought to be fresh and ready to rumble at the 70.3 WC. So the Alistair, Javier, Lionel, Sebastian ............ rumble in Chattanooga won't be the only highly anticipated race that weekend.

Good luck anyone else wanting to win Kona when Lawrence steps up. As dominant as Ryf has been, the thing she was missing was someone to ride with.

Holly doesn't run nearly as fast as Ryf does. Don't see that happening, especially at Kona. Plus Holly's British and we know British athlete's can't run in the heat.... :)

Is there a peaking issue too? That Ryf will aim to be at peak fitness in Kona but Lawrence will peak for this race?

this is going to be the most important factor of the whole thing! Ryf wont go too deep to win 70.3 ship and risk Kona but then again who knows! hell Frodo didn't even go last year but ensure himself to be in tip top shape for Kona so I can assume that Ryf will bring her B+ game to 70.3 and her A+ to Kona IMHO
