No idea but according to Wikipedia WTC did not come into existence until 1991.

I had this design on a T Shirt way back - i thought late 80s but probably more likely 91 or 92 - I'll dig out the old programs and see if I can find it listed in the merch

Thanks people - My wife's first Kona was 1991, so that's where the sticker came from. The '91/92' date must be right!
