Wind training in cold temperatures
Hi all,
Thing's are cooling down on this side of the world now, so I got on my newly acquired wind trainer last night for a steady hour.
I had a small medium speed fan going on me, but found once I started to sweat I was in a cold sweat by having cold air blowing on me.
I'm training in the car garage, so is it better to use a fan heater or are there other tricks to wind training that don't leave you in a cold sweat.
Cheers.

Hahaha you call that winter. My garage is like a walk in freezer in the winter.

See if using a jacket or something will help.
