I live about 80 miles west of Chicago and recently decided I need to hire a coach for this season. I have found 3 that are with in an hour drive. Superfly (TBC), Team MPI, and EG Multisport coaching. Does anybody have experience with any of these Coaching services?
I understand most things can be accomplished with Skype/facetime/Training Peaks but proximity is nice for group events and training days. Any advice on coach selection would be much appreciated. I have signed up for an IM in October and am not happy with my progress self coaching.
