Vittoria Corsa Speed tubular ?

Anyone has experience with these ?

Enough puncture resistance for IM ? Think Lake Placid roads...

Or should I consider the previous version? G+ (non Speed)

Thanks !

I've ridden 4 56 mile rides on them and the tread and side walls are still fine. Put some orange seal in them and go. Take some risk, it is a race after all.

I have been riding a set of Corsa Speed tubulars daily for the last couple of weeks on all sorts of bad road surfaces. Without a doubt the best feeling tires that I have ever ridden. They seem quite durable to me so far.

Corsa G+ 25's are wrapped on all my wheels other than my Stinger 9 and Stinger Disc, had one flat in the winter on the 25s from a shard of glass, the sealant poured out. I use a Vittora Corsa Triathlon 22 as spares for the butyl tube because latex and CO2 don't get along. I'm one of the few here that exclusively rides tubulars outdoors. The one Clincher I own is for the trainer.
