Losing the downtube bottle...nutrition advice

As of right now, I used a BTA water bottle and on the downtube I use the Torhans aero bottle with most of my nutrition with concentrated powerbar gels mixed with some water (1500kcal for IM). I use a bento box for some Cliff blocks and gels. I also take Gatorade on the course. I aim for 550kcal/hr so roughly need 2750kcal. I would like to lose the downtube bottle for aero benefits. My thought would be to use a behind the seat bottle with my Powerbar gels with with water and BTA bottle with the same. I'm just worried about getting enough hydration. I usually aim for 2 water bottles per hr. Gel flask in bento box and another in trisuit?
