Not possible. I cannot quite tell, but it appears to be a Potain upright fixed tower crane (see first picture below). There are two issues.
Issue 1 - the cranes does not come to a gentle stop. It is quite possible starting the lowering or stopping the lowering would jolt the crane enough that she would fall off.
Issue 2 - depending on how high it is, the crane cable quite possibly did not reach ground level.
A straight boom ("traditional") tower crane could have lowered her all the way to the ground (see the second picture). Those are meant to lift things from the ground to the high elevation. This crane typically takes things already elevated and lifts and/or holds them.
On the second picture, you can see both types of cranes. There are a couple straight boom tower cranes, then, at the very top, you can see upright fixed tower cranes.
