Garmin 520 and Intervals
I'm a new user of the 520. I've searched for this answer and can't seem to find it.

Can the "Rest Interval" be turned off? The RIs for my interval workouts vary. Sometimes I want 2 mins, 3 mins...sometimes I want no rest I just want to "mark" a lap during a long climb.

What can I do?

I'm not quite sure I understand the question. I have a 520 and just hit the lap button for all laps - some happen to be 'rest' or easy spins, but I then hit the lap button again when the next interval begins.

If you set the rest interval to the longest interval you would need that day, then you can hit the lap button to cut it short as required and it should skip forward to the next work interval.
