He is a liar and I can't change that. If he were to screw me, he would have done so when the rent was nearly three times that what was owed. I got paid! He can do whatever he wants but I have an upper hand in the deal because of my affiliation with his source of income and the fact he has bad credit and a criminal record. Her too. I just want the smell out of the place because it is gross.
