Shooting for the Kerrville Half on 9/24 this year. Right now I'm in a plan that ends with an Olympic at the end of May. Then I start prepping for this half at the end of September. This gives me 18 weeks from the oly to the half to train. I have TrainerRoad. How should I structure this?
