This is what I found:

For Age Group draft-legal competitions, wheels must have the following characteristics:
- Wheels shall have at least 12spokes;
- Disc wheels are not allowed.

I thought I'd seen somewhere that there was a max allowable depth to the rims... anyone know if that's the case, and I'm missing something in reading the ITU rules?
