Just saw that IM and TBT will be offering bike (only) transport on Friday from town to T1, $40. They'll rack your bike for you in your spot, no need to drive the 40 miles or whatever it is and back. Access to the bikes on Saturday morning

Some folks may not want to let their babies go, or need to rack it themselves, or need to see the swim venue anyway. I can relate, and do like to see the bike racked, tires pumped, take the required pic for facebragging, etc. But saving 2 hours or more of hassle the day before an IM seems like it might be a decent deal.
