Advanced Olympic Training Plan recommendation?

I am looking for a good advanced plan for race end of Summer. I need to work on my speed (bike/run mostly) not overall fitness, so open to any advice.

Have been racing for 20+ years, but mostly long course so trying to go shorter, harder and faster.

The Suunto movescount platform has some Olympic distance programs written for advanced athletes, 12-16 hours a week.

A couple were written by Gomez's and Frodo's former coaches, lots of intensity and speed if I recall correctly:
