My twitter feed is dedicated solely to fantasy football sources so I'm not going to add this guy. Serious question seeking an answer that doesn't include left/right partisan name calling (Yes, yes, I know I'm in the LR... just humor me). What is the government's justification for this lawsuit, assuming the twitter poster hasn't posted threats / terrorist recruitment messages from this feed?
