What the #22pushupchallenge has taught me.

That most people have no idea how to do a proper push-up.

For those of you living in a cave:

The challenge is:
22 push-ups a day for 22 days to raise awareness for combat veterans. There are 22 vets a day that are dying by suicide, and this is a small way to raise awareness for that issue. You start tomorrow! The rules are simple:
* Once you are nominated your 22 days start the following day.
* Every day you record yourself doing 22 push-ups. Try your best to reach 22. If that means doing assisted (from your knees) push-ups or that you have to stop and take a break that's fine but try to get them all done in one video.
* Every day you must nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think will want to do this and/or have the ability to do it.
* And finally, have fun with this. This is a simple and fun way to get the word out about a matter that more people need to be aware about. These brave men and women put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms and its sad that so many veterans feel that suicide is the only way out.

I couldn't do 22 pushups in a row even if you held a gun to my head.

And that's why you're a bottom.

I came out of my cave to look.

Looks like a lot of 1/2 push-ups. Kiss the floor people.

After my last neck neck blow up it took almost a year before I was able to do a single pushup. Atrophy is a bitch.

this is cool.

also, out of boredom, i figured this is set up like a pyramid scheme (obviously in structure only. its not a scam) so by your 9th level, you would require 54,875,873,536 people. almost 8xs the population of humans on earth.

im bored and not exactly sober so check the math.

who's smarter than you're? i'm!

I'm pretty sure I could do the pushups. What I couldn't do is rule 3- find 22 other people who would be willing or interested.
