Good to see a battle of British triathletes over the weekend Time Trialling.
Phil Graves won but issued a warning / apology to long course triathletes on his Facebook account:
"Cracking weekend, 80 miles in the bag yesterday with the lads and today managed to take the win at the Circuit of the Dales 50mile TT this morning. Alistair Brownlee was my 5min man and told me he would go back to ITU if I caught him, but despite going pretty deep only managed to beat him by 45sec. It was very close and I can only now apologise to every male long distance professional athlete out there, he's going to make us all look stupid before long đŸ™„ worse idea of the weekend was to ride back to york though, 137miles in the bag today #Broken"
