I am pretty sure it is possible, might be a little expensive though. However you might feel disoriented riding a bike painted with it.

It would be cool on a disc...just a gaping maw of a black hole.
There are other companies that make other similar products as a sticker. It may not be 99.96, but its close enough that you can't see reflections, thus contours.

Even better, add some spirally swirls around the edge.
The fine nanometre-sized optical cavities that make Vantablack S-VIS so dark mean it cannot be used in environments open to direct contact and mechanical abrasion. It needs to be protected from accidental touching, for example behind or inside a component, or situated where contact is avoided.
