good, simple core workouts?
I'm doing it. I'm going to start doing core exercises, which will hopefully help me avoid all sorts of soft tissue injuries.

Does anybody have a routine they like, or a good source of information? Hoping to find some good 15-20 routines I can do at a hotel gym or home gym with basic equipment.

thanks

Here you go! 15 Minute Core Buster Start with a 60s rest between each set and 30s between each repeat. Slowly reduce the rest over time but ensure the duration doesn't suffer as a result.

3x60s V Sits
3x60s Alternating V Ups
3x60s Plank w/ Forward Reach
3x60s Weighted Russian Twist
3x60s Elevated Plank

Alternate Exercises (when in a gym)
3x15 QL Extensions
3x15 Pallof Press

My coach incorporates these exercises into my training plan.
