Can I change the 10 speed hub on my Reynolds Element to disc wheel to an 11 speed hub? I see they have the replacement available, but I don't know if it works with the disc. Thanks.

No. You can use an Edco cassette, machine the back of your cassette, or lock out a gear.

Wheels Manufacturing conversion hub usually works well.
