This is in no way bragging...the point of the post was to point out that I suck at running.

However, since you & H20 asked.....I went back and looked at the last couple of years.

2016 Choo 70.3 28:48 22/227 10% (current assisted swim)

2015 FL 70.3 35:12 23/224 10%

2015 Raleigh 70.3 36:38 17/254 7%

2015 Beach To Battleship 70.3 27:27 24/553 could not find AG results online 4% (tide assisted swim time)
