Anyone use one in a tri? How hard is it to put your feet in with a warp sleeve on your shoes?

I have the sub 6s, that sleeve is very tough to get on sitting in the back of the car...

Tough. You can manage it sitting down in T1, but flying mounts are out.
I have a similar setup using soccer cleat lace covers (below). Worth it for 70.3+, but not for Sprints/Olys.
