Starting up the season

Hoping to get back into biking again after taking the fall and winter off. Last time I rode was probably back in September.

I was doing about 200 miles a week in July and was hoping to get back into that mileage again but maybe in April and May instead of July and continuing it through the summer. Most of my bike routes average about 1000ft elevation per 10 miles. All of the hills I ride are short punchy climbs. I can ride 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday). I could probably fit in a couple rides on Friday's but that would be very intermittent. I don't have any nagging injuries. I am currently doing the 100/100 run challenge so, aerobically, I think I'm pretty fit. I do usually get a pretty tight lower back when I first start riding that goes away after a few weeks.

So what do you think would be the best approach to getting back up to that 200 miles/week or more as quickly as possible without injury?

Thanks!
