FN Multi Grain Bread in a Bread Maker...
How? I have vital gluten, irish oats, local honey, multi-grain flour & SAF instant yeast and a non-machine recipe that turned out wonderfully 1st time made by hand.

Just gotta know - what do I FN do to make this in an FN machine. I've been too FN busy to make this by hand (my preferred method).

The machine you're looking for is your car and the recipe is enough gas to get to the local bakery.

that uses up too many carbon credits! I'm already using too many by being lazy and wanting a machine to make my bread.

First swing at it and whoops...

Instant dry yeast and active dry yeast aren't portioned out the same. I was using ADY for the 1st time ever. The hounds are lovin' the their multi-grain puck.

Adjusted the yeast content, made sure the milk & yeast were both warm as they're both refrigerated product, pulled back on the flour 1/2 cup and replaced that with Scottish Oats. Basically the same recipe as I had done by hand and it turned out wonderful.
