Felt VR is probably a good option if the 47 gets you the fit you need.

I am a 5'2" (almost) female. Had a SOMA built up for me and I LOVE it!

It's not a super common frame, which is also kind of fun.

Depending on her height, the biggest issue with the frame is the potential for toe overlap, but riding aware solves this problem easily!

Good luck

After 30 years of faithful service, my wife has finally move on from her very heavy, 24" tired, 6 speed cassette equipped Cannondale mountain bike. She's interested in an appropriate sized gravel grinder for both spring/fall/winter road riding as well as fire road type adventures. We're old enough that hard core mountain biking is no longer attractive. A problem is that she's only ~ 5'2" and shrinking and there doesn't seem to be a huge selection for that demographic. She races triathlon on a 650c wheeled Speed Concept. We're willing to spend a moderate amount for a suitable bike.

Any thoughts on a great gravel grinder for a petite flower?

Thanks,

Hugh

Check the stack/reach on the SMALL 3T EXPLORO. 3T makes stems as short as 55mm and flared bars with <36cm width at the brake hoods. Add the 650B wheel option with a Panaracer or Schwalbe 38-40mm tire and you'd have a nice option for a shorter rider.

$2999 frameset or ~$5000 complete options.
