I dont know you but by your past posts I venture to assume BBQ is some code word for somthing dirty?

Sometimes farmed, sometimes wild caught, never frozen. When there's a run (which there should be this year) I get it from the guy who caught it.

No. "Clean my BBQ" means she went out in the backyard and hosed/scrubbed my BBQ.
