Hi. I can find the bike and run maps online, but not the elevation gain or profile. Anyone know how hilly the bike is? Is the run flat?

the bike is not flat and surely by now is up on strava, I assume the run is there as well if you don't want to find it on last year's milkman website.

the run should be, the bike , no, it's changed slightly but leaves big hills in just adds more rough pavement

From last year's Garmin data for elevation gain:
Bike: Garmin 520: 2736'
Run: Garmin 910: 643'
Swim: not much.
