I need to work on talking less and listening more. Can't always control how much I worry. Often when I ask a "stupid question" at a meeting someone talks to me later and says, "I am glad you asked that question, I was wondering about that too." Good list

Perfect! Then you used the list to inspire you to choose not to give it any credence.

Go back to #51. Some of it was fine but the author needed to stop at 3 or 4 but instead went all the way to 50. Who has time for a list of 50 things you can control right now? Right now? 50 things? That's why we have crazy people among us.

KISS. Did you remember the Bill Murray character in What About Bob? Baby steps....

The biggest problem with that list is I'm not sure if I'm supposed to adjust up or down. Like #4- Level of honesty. Am I supposed to be more honest or less honest? This list tells me nothing.

I don't think it's a "to do" list. More of a "things you can control" list.
