Just out of curiousity, do they make a Jack Rose cocktail?

Faniky/Family. Out of curiosity, how much did they charge for a shot?

There's in Irish pub in the Seaport district here called The Whiskey Priest, has over 150 different selections to choose from. It's almost a bit of sensory overload to have so many excellent choices all lined up next to one another.

Is High West in Park City? Haven't been there, but have had some a number of times.

It wasn't that bad. They also have a unique beer selection, and I was with another lawyer from the firm. We expensed the food -- don't know what that costs. But I picked up the bar tab, and it was $250 with tip. Not that bad, considering all that we tried.

They had this whisky "sommelier" who was giving us advice. He was really good and knowledgeable, or a good bull shitter. He gave me his card, and I asked if I could call whenever I was at BevMo and wondering what to buy.

They have a saloon in park city with great cocktails and food. The distillery is about 25 minutes out of town.

Next time anyone's in the SD Gaslamp...

Besides just a crazy yuge selection of varied treats, what I found interesting in particular is they offer a lot of preselected tasting flights where you can compare 4-5 different choices within the same/similar region, or style, or distillery, etc. Crikey.
