I loved training with Sebi in Tucson - super nice dude with a lot of knowledge on the sport. Would never know he is a World Champion unless you asked.

Cool to hear what he had to say regarding how hard him and Jan went out in Kona. He knew it was unsustainable for both of them and he had the confidence to drop back thinking he would catch Jan later on.
