I will ship outside CONUS...it will just cost more as USPS rates are higher.

The cost for First Class shipping is not based on distance. You can ship to someone in your city or American Samoa for the same price.

Did you know that you can ship a First Class package that weighs up to 15.99 ounces? The postage just has to be printed online. I like to use paypal.com/shipnow. And you even get a discount.

If you buy postage at the post office, the maximum weight is 13 ounces and you will pay the full retail price.
