So, last full week in Feb and i finally manage x4 swimming for the week! Mainly x6 500m sets alternating freestyle / pull with paddles and buoy. Yesterday I felt like my swimming arms were returning after minimal swimming the last couple of months. Maybe the climbing is having a crossover effect as I def felt stronger.
Also yesterday whilst swimming some young men FILMED me doing a tumble turn, they didn't look interested in swimming. Ewwwww wtf.
Hey thanks for the input on the benchpress elbows visualization. I will try that. As for people filming at the city of Ottawa swimming pools, taking pictures once you go through the front door of the change room and beyond that into the pools is not permitted.
