Garmin pedal power metrics meaning

Hi all,

I've used power for training for a few years and was just given a 920XT as a present and it has given me all sorts of metrics that I haven't got a clue what they mean.

If they are intuitive ( such as power phase start) then I have no idea what is 'good' or bad', and some aren't even intuitive - left platform centre offset? L/R pedal smoothness? For example.

Can anyone point me to a good resource explaining all of this - including target ranges etc.
