Did a quick search and didn't find anything on what the fastest times in an Ironman have been for the swim, bike, and run separately for women. Does anyone know where to find this both for IM and 70.3?

Off the top of my head, I think that Chrissy's time at Roth is the overall fastest time for a woman. Not sure on the split break downs.

Ya these are great for OVERALL times but I am wanting what is the fastest swim, what is the fastest bike, and what is the fastest run all as separate entities. I have seen somethings for that for men. Starkey did/does have the fastest bike slit for an IM distance event.

According to Wikipedia Bike and run are Wellington for full. It's farther down in her bio. Swim not sure if it's Dede Griesbauer

There were the 35 minute swims at some race, forget where. And there were the sub 4 hour rides at another and the mid 2;30 runs too. Those would be the fastest times at Ironman distance events. Of course like most every course, they are not accurate, so not sure what you are really looking. for?
You mean her NYC 2012 swim? 40:29, possibly. I would be curious to see the fastest split times as well for both men and women.
