Fake news. Article says that Putin directed hacks. There is absolutely no evidence of that fact. I clicked on the link in that article to read in another that officials had "high confidence" of the allegation based on what foreign government agents told them. So the evidence is hearsay. Next they will tell us Putin has WMD.
