...not very good.

I'm going to put in some brown sugar and get some Fritos to put on top.

Hope my dinner guests don't get diarrhea.

My chili gets universally rave reviews. Brown sugar and red wine are the difference makers.

The brown sugar helped.

Where I fucked up was putting in some italian sausage. Made the taste reminiscent of spaghetti sauce.

So then I added a half a pound of chorizo and some beef short ribs but didn't have long enough to cook the ribs without over doing the beans.

So I fished out the ribs and added surgar, cinnamon and three more jalapeños to cover up the mistake.

It was passable but I consider it to be a failure.

Never use Italian sausage!

Don't give up on the Italian Sausage, try it was a lot less next time, it really adds a nice extra layer of flavor. imo
