I've been building up my base over the last few months and am self coaching using Training Peaks and the TSS as my weekly target. As a cyclist I have a few training drills for the cycling workouts but I am a bit lost for run and swim examples. I was wondering whether there was a site out there with workouts based on period (base,build,race,etc.), limiter (Aerobic, Speed,Force,etc.) and also maybe TSS or time/zone .
An example might be:
Period: Base 1 workout
Bike
Set:
Aerobic Endurance - 100TSS at intensity 0.75
Speed - Pyramid spinups 15-30-45-60-45-30-15 rest and 120rpm x 2-3
