Certainly a significant amount of risk in having rapid massive influx of people coming from a war torn area with a significant terrorist presence.

Uh oh. If there is a poster boy for a broke. Immigration and refugee acceptance program, this guy was it.

Oh and add that law enforcement is generally reactive and inept to prevent such things.
