Have you ever had a salt craving so bad...

... that you just ate some bouillon?

The salt and vinegar chips didn't cut it. Not so oddly, I weighed 3 pounds heavier this morning than yesterday.

Did you at least wash it down with a two-liter of Coke?

No soda for me. I hear that stuff isn't healthy.

The salt and vinegar chips usually do it for me. If not, I always keep a jar of pickles with plenty of juice in the fridge, nothing better when the need strikes.

Not applicable. Nothing to do with training or sport. Nice try though.

I was going with the need to have salt. It was witty, you are just too stupid to appreciate it.

I simply don't think you understand triathletes. They would need to be adding various kinds of sugars in differing amounts. Simply putting down a salt-lick will not bring them to your backyard.

Yes. All the time. I would much rather eat mash potatoes than ice cream.

No. Bouillion straight up is gross but if used to make rice it is worth consuming.

955 mgs is the number I found for bouillon salt content. If you didn't each a lot of other salt that day you oddly have no problem:

"The recommendation is no more than 2,300 milligrams (mgs) a day and an ideal limit of no more than 1,500 mg per day"

"The great pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do."

The chips I had were 230 mg alone. Then, I had dinner. It was a salty day.

One time when I was on prednisone for a blown disc I ate 3 jars of olives in 2 days. Plus chips, salt on food, adding salt to Gatorade. It was nuts.

I'll typically drink pickled herring juice. Very similar to pickle juice. I love when you eat so much sodium that you start to sweat.

Should we be leaning towards the white, cobalt, red, brown or black?
