Going to Orlando, Florida next week for a 4 days convention. I will have a car and an entire morning to explore plus every evening. Please, recommend unique and typical places for a few runs and also pools/lakes where I can go swimming...

Pool swim: YMCA Aquatic Center
Lake swim: Lucky's Lake Swim, 7am every Saturday morning (I'll be there :)
Running: go to intersection of Apopka Vineland and Sandlake... you'll probably want to park by Trader Joes.. and run north. Decent hills a few miles in.
